SURPRISE! I'm back! .... Again!

So, I decided, in the spur of my boredom, my summer off, and my small amount of free time (mostly the first two) that I would ACTUALLY update my Journal!  

You know what's even cooler?  I'm going to even upload deviations.  Lots of them.  I've been busy in college, working on my art.  Well, sorta.
I had to take an art class first semester.. and I've got some pretty awesome stuff that I did (in my opinion).  I think you guys'll be shocked.  It's not ALL anime!

In other news...
I've got a (NOW) full time job as a CAREgiver at HomeInstead Senior Care.  What's even more awesome?  I don't take care of an old person!  haha.  How ironic, right?
I'm taking care of a 24 year old young man who's deaf and legally blind, and partially disabled.  He's the bomb, and a master uno player.
So, hopefully, since there's quite a bit of downtime, I'll actually have some time to doodle now and again. :]

Another thing, I'm on a diet!  So far I've only lost 5 pounds, but at least I'm changing and starting a healthier lifestyle.  I'm exercising more than I used to, I'm cutting soda out of my diet, and I don't eat near as much junk.  I'm hoping by the time I go back to school in August, I'm going to be drinking only water (and sometimes juice).  Go me!

I'm working on a new cosplay (because I swear the next time I wear my Urahara cosplay, I'm going to have a blowout in the butt area).  I'm HOPING to debut it at Otakon '11, with HikariKenji
I'm going to be Kagamine Rin, from my newest obsession, VOCALOID! Woo!  I'm super psyched that my headphones are even going to LIGHT UP!  I love my dad. :]

There's been a lot of super crazy crap going on around here, too.  Let's see.. Mom's unemployed, and is ALMOST finished with her Pharmacy Technician certificate.  Papa's found out he has a couple of foot problems perifrial neuropothy and plantar flascitus (which I know I TOTALLY misspelled, but you get the idea).  Unfortunately, it's only going to get worse, and in a worse case scenario, will probably have to quit his job and may become paralyzed.  Also, 2 weeks ago, he spent a week in the hospital for what he thought was a kidney stone, and turned out to be divitulitus.  He's out of work now for the rest of the week, and will go back Monday, as our only source of income other than myself.

So YEAH!  There's probably a bunch of other stuff that I could update, but food's calling my name!
